The target area for the activities of AEGOR-ProductdataBank B.V. is the multi-disciplinary design and engineering process in industry and AEC (Architecture Engineering and Contracting).
The focus is the administration and control of the primary process by applying good Configuration Management. Consistently continued Configuration Management after delivering of the product will be a good fundation for the Asset Management of capital goods.

Scope

The scope of AEGOR-ProductdataBank B.V. is product lifecycle management (PLM) for complex products. AEGOR focuses on the set up and control of integrated design and engineering processes in the extended enterprise or consortia, which have to realise complex products.
AEGOR has over 20 years of experience in this very specific area. Amongst others it has contributed to the strategic conceptual definition of the Airbus extended enterprise for design and engineering.

AEGOR's fundamental cornerstones for process improvements within this scope are:

1. CMII;
2. Systems Engineering;
3. IPM®;
4. Six Sigma.
