IPM® concept

IPM® is an AEGOR concept. IPM® consists of two parts: the IPM® integral product model and the IPM® organisation and methodologies.

The IPM®, integral product model, is a digital representation of the product. It is one single well controlled source of information containing all the information needed for design, build and maintain.

In the IPM® environment the design is created, engineered and validated. All involved engineers from all disciplines are working asynchronously and on different locations in the same digital model including a 3D geometry. Within the IPM® methodology concurrent engineering is structural implemented.
